Strategic America took home the only gold in a video category at this year’s American Advertising Federation Des Moines AA Awards (formerly known as the ADDYs) for the Iowa Lottery Proceeds Campaign. The four TV-spot campaign creatively illustrates how sales from lottery tickets become part of the state’s funding pool for education, conservation and helping veterans.
SA also earned silver for the Iowa Lottery Power for Life TV spot. Strategic America and the Iowa Lottery move to the second tier of competition at the district level. From there, district winners will compete at the national American Advertising Awards later on this year.
During the ceremony, Strategic American Laura Leners was recognized as Rookie of the Year for her contributions to the organization.
