Bill Maffucci joins Strategic America as Director of Human Resources

Maffucci brings more than 30 years of leadership in the human resources industry — with extensive global, regional and local experience that spans both public and private sectors. Prior to joining SA, he held the position of Chief – Bureau of Human Resources at the Iowa Department of Education. Throughout his career, he has shown proven effectiveness in talent management, employee engagement, talent development and organizational transformation.
