Iowa Health System has operated an unbranded 800-number to connect its patients to live nurses for many years. Because this simple and valuable service was underused, SA was approached to rebrand it. My Nurse needed to introduce the product to consumers while helping them be comfortable enough to use the service for basic medical questions. Along with creative marketing, one innovative area of the branding was to make sure nurses were available via online chat.
