(DES MOINES, IA, September 16, 2009) – Strategic America (SA), Des Moines’ leading advertising and PR firm as voted by readers of the Des Moines Business Record, will move to a new West Des Moines location this December. Strategic America has been at The Members Group facility at 1500 Northwest 118th Street in Clive for more than 10 years.
The new property that SA will call home, 6600 Westown Parkway, is owned by National Life of Vermont (NLV) and formerly housed Regency home builders. Doug Siedenburg of The Siedenburg Group represented SA in the agreement, while Marcus Pitts and Matt Lundberg of NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company, represented NLV.
