Iowa Finance Authority
Iowa Finance Authority wanted to better understand their various audience groups in an effort to communicate better, more relevant information to their customers. Iowa Finance Authority also wished to determine whether their products meet the needs of their various audience groups and to gauge current awareness of their programs. SA utilized several research methodologies to gather relevant information including surveys, materials audits and an analysis of HFA marketing materials from all 50 states.
In order to represent the Iowa Finance Authority brand consistently throughout all its programs, SA developed a new logo that represents the variety of programs that constitute Iowa Finance Authority and represent the building blocks for the state of Iowa. SA then differentiated each program by creating a variation of the new logo. SA additionally developed a brand standards booklet to ensure brand consistency over time and is executing various marketing pieces including an advertising campaign, radio commercials, online banner ads, collateral materials, et cetera.
Iowa Finance Authority’s new logo is an accurate, eye-catching representation of the company and the services the company provides. The branding effort has permeated Iowa Finance Authority’s agency and is currently in use on formal marketing pieces as well as internal document and has resulted in a consistent, strong brand.
