The Mid-Iowa Council Boy Scouts are planning to build new and improved offices, conference space and urban campus. In order to do this, they need to raise the appropriate funds. The packet had to show the projected vision of the campus, but also make the need clear. 

CREATE

Strategic America designed a customizable packet that shows the progression of a seed to a tree, just like the center would need to grow from idea to actual building, as well as how it will help boys grow into young men. The information was primarily visually driven to show how the Boy Scouts would benefit from the new site. SA used projected images of the site and also included a CD with the virtual tour of the center. 

ACHIEVE

The Mid-Iowa Council was able to use this as a leave-behind for face-to-face meetings.

Over 500 copies were printed, and the Scout Executive is able to customize it by including a personal letter in the center section if needed.
